I agree that the computers will be used to promote children's learning. Trustees and staff of Tools for Schools, its sponsors and supporters may, with advance notice, see the computers in use.

I understand that I will be charged for Tools for Schools computers at the rates indicated above. Computers come with a three-month return to base warranty.

All Tools for Schools computers have been tested rigorously and meet strict quality control criteria. Tools for Schools does not accept responsibility for injuries, damages, expenses or loss relating to the equipment or its use.

I understand that the computers from Tools for Schools are not provided on a loan basis but are being purchased and that insurance rests with the purchaser.
